No Sustainability Without Justice - The Association for the Advancement of  Sustainability in Higher Education

  • Those in the city who feel unseen and unheard will be able to know that there are people who care to help them in their time of need. 
  • Representation matters — those who see themselves accurately included and represented are more likely to contribute their voices to the injustices in the city.
  • Demographics of those most affected by food insecurity and food inaccessibility are people of color. In improving these disparities, we are changing the conversation about food justice for all communities of all backgrounds.

Solutions to global environmental problems cannot be solved where injustices and discrimination thrive.
